With msg Rethink Compliance GmbH and its expertise in combating money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption and fraud, msgGillardon AG is decisively expanding its service portfolio.
Bretten/Frankfurt a. M. - Germany, 20 April 2021. msgGillardon AG has acquired msg Rethink Compliance GmbH effective as of March 1st, 2021. With head offices located in Frankfurt a. M., msg Rethink Compliance will operate as a subsidiary of msgGillardon and be part of the internationally active msg group of companies.
msg Rethink Compliance GmbH offers consulting services as well as process and technology support in the area of financial crime compliance for both international and D-A-CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) customers. The development of AI-based data products, compliance bots and cloud-based systems for company-wide compliance governance in banks and non-banks is planned as part of the further business expansion.
The founders and co-partners of the new company are Jürgen Krieg and Dirk Findeisen, who are both industry experts with each having more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry from effective risk management to financial crime compliance matters and associated laws and regulations. The management team of msg Rethink Compliance GmbH includes Jürgen Krieg and Davor Jurak.
